History
We invested prudently through economic cycles since 2003, navigating both the GFC and Brexit market dislocations. We were responsible for £2 billion of assets and completed over 200 investment transactions. During this period the team established long-standing relationships with a network of real estate professionals to facilitate transactions.
Network
Our long-standing relationships endure and clients of Elwood will continue to benefit from the team’s exceptional access to real estate deals, together with the professional and legal advisors that are vital to enable swift and efficient execution of transactions. We pride ourselves on innovation in deal-making and we want to build on both existing relationships, and develop new partnerships with people who share our approach and outlook.
